This study aims to find the best material for manifold and improve airflow in UniMAP Automotive Racing Team (uniART) exhaust manifold. The is a part of system that collects delivers gases from cylinder head outlet. manifold’s design significant engine performance. current new designs were modelled using SOLIDWORKS software. Stainless steel, cast iron mild steel chosen as materials studied by conducting Steady-State Thermal analysis. flow air analysed evaluated terms pressure velocity. fluid thermal analysis are simulated Computational Fluid Dynamics software known ANSYS. Results prove better than other since it has high temperature difference low heat flux. results compared between outcome indicated validated Design 2 higher velocity value at outlet lower inlets which improves
